1. Booking and Reservations

• Your booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit or full payment as per the tour package. Upon confirmation, you will receive an email with the booking details and payment receipt.

1.3 Payment Terms:

• For most tours, a deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due before the tour begins, according to the payment schedule outlined in your itinerary.

1.4 Late Payments:

• If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, Taj Trusted Tour reserves the right to cancel your booking without refund of the deposit.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 60 days or more before the tour start date: Full refund minus a service fee.
  • 30-59 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total tour cost.

2.2 Refunds:

• Refunds for cancellations will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited to your account.
• Certain tours may be non-refundable, and this will be communicated at the time of booking.

2.3 Tour Operator Cancellations:

• Taj Mahal Luxury Tour reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer you the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

2.4 Changes to Bookings:

5.3 Limitations of Liability:

• Taj Mahal Luxury Tour is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the tour, including but not limited to personal injury, accidents, theft, or delays. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour.
